Plain terms, no surprises.
Made to order
Nothing sits in a warehouse. Each print is produced specifically for your order, then checked before it leaves the studio. Production takes about 5–7 business days, plus shipping transit time on top of that.
What's included
Each piece is an open-edition archival giclée print on canvas, framed in white pine and ready to hang, measuring 32 × 24 inches (landscape). It arrives ready to hang — no extra framing, glass, or hardware to buy. A signed certificate of authenticity is included with every order.
Packaging
Because the canvas arrives framed, it ships protected in rigid packaging designed to keep the corners and surface safe in transit. It is ready to hang straight out of the box.
Shipping & rates
I currently ship within the United States at one simple flat rate, shown at checkout. International shipping isn't available yet but is planned — if you're outside the US, email hello@florentias.com and I'll let you know when I can reach you.
Returns & damage
Because every print is made to order, I don't accept change-of-mind returns. But your order is protected: if a piece arrives damaged or defective, email hello@florentias.com within 14 days with a photo and your order number, and I'll send a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. No cost to you.
